Using your mouse, it is possible to zoom in or out of a web page.
IE remembers this setting and keeps it until you zoom it back in or out.
This can cause unexpected display problems viewing certain web pages in internet explorer.
The text on a web site becomes suddenly unreadable or too big. To fix this you need to press and hold ctrl on your keyboard while you scroll up or down with the center scroll wheel on your mouse.
I accidentally managed to do it without realising. It has probably happened to other people also. Hence this page was created to help users.
This zoom feature can be a useful tool if you need to zoom in on a web page. Just remember to set it back to normal when you're finished!
